OUR WRESTLING SEASON RUNS (SEPT 8TH - MAY 14TH).

SEPT 8TH - FEB 26TH IS FOCUSED IN FOLKSTYLE (SCHOLASTIC) STYLE OF WRESTLING)

MARCH 1ST - MAY 14TH IS PRIMARILY FOCUSED IN THE 2 INTERNATIONAL STYLES OF WRESTLING; FREESTYLE & GRECO-ROMAN.

IT IS STRONGLY, AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT AN ATHLETE HAS SOME WRESTLING EXPERIENCE (AT LEAST 1 FULL YEAR) BEFORE REGISTERING FOR THE GRINDHOUSE- PHX SEASON. PRACTICES ARE INTENSE AND HIGH PACED. OUR ADVANCED YOUTH & JH, AS WELL AS OUR HIGH SCHOOL GROUP ARE COMPETITIVE, NOT RECREATIONAL. NOT SUITED FOR WRESTLERS WITH NO EXPERIENCE, AS WE WILL NOT HAVE A BEGINNER GROUP THIS SEASON. BE MINDFUL OF THIS BEFORE REGISTERING.

ALL WRESTLERS MUST OBTAIN A "FULL ATHLETE" 2026 USA WRESTLING MEMBERSHIP CARD PRIOR TO ATTENDING FIRST PRACTICE. THIS IS MANDATORY AND ATHLETE WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PRACTICE WITHOUT OBTAINING MEMBERSHIP. PLEASE VISIT WWW.USAWMEMBERSHIP.COM TO PURCHASE.

HOW TO REGISTER:

2025 - 2026 ADV YOUTH & JH SEASON

The advanced youth and junior high group is geared for the more serious youth wrestler that has acquired above average skills for a youth wrestler with 1+ more years of experience in wrestling. For the wrestlers in junior high/middle school, it is designed to introduce athletes to more intense practice situations to prepare wrestlers for eventual high school. The practices are intense and require dedication and commitment. Practices focus on gymnastics, intense drilling, live wrestling, and conditioning.

AGES: 6 - 14 years old (1st - 7th grades) w/1+ years experience

Training Schedule & Training Fees:

4x per week

*Early Bird Registration Discount of $200 if Register before September 8th.*

PAY-IN-FULL W/EARLY BIRD SPECIAL ($1,000 - $200) = $800 *not applicable after September 8th*

SEASON MONTHLY REGISTRATION FEE: UPFRONT PAYMENT OF $300. REMAINING 7 MONTHLY PAYMENTS ARE $100 BILLED MONTHLY.

2025 - 2026 HIGH SCHOOL SEASON

Our High School program is designed to provide preseason, in-season, and off-season training to high school wrestlers that want to master their craft, strive for improvement, and compete against national level competition. We will focus on folkstyle/collegiate style of wrestling in fall and international styles (freestyle/greco) in the spring. We compete at local, regional, and national competitions. Our high school program consistently produces state champions and All-Americans every year. At the high school level, our practices are designed to provide the most intense, structured environment. We do not apologize for this. Grindhouse's high school program is not for everyone. Athlete's will get challenged and pushed to their limits.

Our high school program is focused on using "wrestling with purpose" to enhance ability for upcoming high school season. Upon commencement of high school season, we begin to enter the freestyle and Greco-Roman season and prepare those that wish to learn the international styles. Also, we prepare those that wish to compete regionally and nationally (i.e. Western Regionals, Women's Nationals, Fargo)

We practice year-round to stay sharp and it's designed to provide additional training to stay ahead of the competition. These practices keep wrestlers consistent in their techniques to avoid bad habits that can hinder wrestlers during their season. Consistency is key to success in anything. The more you do something, the better you become at that task.

NOTE: *The high school group fills very fast. After, that registration will close. The are no exceptions to this and we will not accept any new registrations once filled or when it closes.
